At One month Irelyn eats every two hours, burps well, and interacts by following and staring at you with her blue eyes (we think their going to stay blue). She has even smiled at me a couple time when I talk to her.
My BIG Girl!
My BIG Girl! Irelyn is 5 weeks old now and doing really well. I took her to her first pediatricians appointment today to find shes 12 pounds 5 ounces and 22 1/4 long, and her head is 15 1/2 inches. Shes in the 97th percentile for her weight and 80th for her height.
She has been doing good with sleeping giving me 6 hours last night! Only woke up once. This isnt an every night occurrence, but I'll take what I can get. On a usually night she wakes up I feed her in bed, change her and then Super daddy takes her to the couch to burp her and sleep with her. This has allowed me to get quality sleep. Jake will bring her back early morning for another feeding. This is what Jake did with Ashelyn and those two are VERY bonded. Ashelyn only wants Daddy when she wakes up at night.
I love this sweet spirit fresh from our Heavenly Father. She truly is a special little girl. The perfect completion to our family!

I'd say most babies all look a like, but in this case, not so. She looks like she eats well! (a good thing) A cutie.
