I usually dont like wasting my Saturdays cleaning, but today turned out to be a very productive day and I am appreciating my orderly home. The girls, Jake and I had a fun time having a family cleaning day. The big girls helped mop, pick up toys, clean window,etc. Brookelyn said, " mom, look the whole family is helping cleaning." She also said,"no one can where their shoes in our clean house."
My day went as follows ( I like lists if you couldnt tell from past posts)
-Woke up at 7:30 took a shower and took the big girls to Vons. I had coupons for free bacon,eggs, OJ, and english muffins if I spent $50 dollars. I went early so the stuff was still in stock.
-Came home unloaded-headed out to Michaels soccer game with Ashelyn. They won 3-0. Fun game.
-Came home and started sweeping, dusting and polishing my wood furniture and cleaned for most of the day, with the exception of taking a break to go to Tracines to chat. Thanks Tracine for subbing for my class tomorrow. We are having family in town.
-M&B, Jake and I practiced our parts for tomorrow Primary Program with a fake microphone.
-I made fettuccine alfredo, roasted brussel sprouts and rolls for dinner.
-Cleaned up and packed my bag for church tomorrow.
I feel like today we worked hard and feel good about it. Wednesday Jake has off(Veterens Day) so we can play then(:

Sometimes it really is fun when everyone cleans together, especially then it's nice to know that you have a clean home!
We had fettucini alfredo for dinner tonight too!
I love productive days - especially when cleaning is involved! What alfredo sauce do you use and where did you get coupons for free stuff?? Please share!
