Valentines Day
Love Day this year was awesome! Jake and I went out Friday night to Cannons (a beachfront restaurant in Dana Point). We also went shopping for OURSELVES! Just being alone with my wonderful husband is a miracle, so 5 hours out on a great date is unimaginable. Thanks Heather!
Of course the girls got spoiled too. Jake on his own bought fleece and tied four blankets for his girls. The fabric was perfect for each girl. He also had their names embroidered on each of them. I will post pictures soon. I also got a cozy blanket with embroidery. This is one of the many reasons I married this man. He is so committed to us and really loves all of his girls! In return we got him a cookie cake that said, “Dad Rocks”! He really does!
Happy Valentines Day!
I was making bows yesterday and made Maddie a special Valentines Day bow to wear to church today. She was so proud of it. She kept telling people, “my mommy made this bow for me”. Although she drives me crazy 90% of the time, I love this little girl!

Beautiful girls, and the date night sounds great. Is Jake gonna quilt next?
It was so cute how proud of you she was. "My mom made this all by herself!"
Cute bows on such cute girls!
Your girls are so beautiful :) And I'm glad you got some quality time with Jake - you deserve it!! I love hearing you so happy!
Lewis said that Jake is making him look bad by doing this kind of stuff!
