Maddie’s Prayer

Maddie had such a cute prayer tonight. It went something like this:

“Heavenly Father, thank you for this day, Im thankful that I had a smart day. Im thankful that Irelyn was born. Im thankful that I have two babies and we want more babies. Help Brookelyn to be quiet during the prayer. Thank you for this beautiful day. It was so beautiful. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.”

This is a typical Maddie prayer, but hold on just a minute..WE WANT MORE BABIES!!! Where is she getting this from and who's WE! There has been no talk about more babies in this house. I hope she's talking about her future babies!

I love the “smart day” part too. I think she said that because today in her class I had the missionaries come in, since it was about missionary work, and Maddie answered a lot of questions right. Im pretty sure this is what made her day smart.

And of course, help Brookelyn to be quiet during prayers. She always prays for her noisy sisters(:

I hear cute prayers like this daily, but I thought it would be fun to remember them later, after their innocent prayers turn not so innocent.
