Boop’s growing up!

The mom guilt has officially set in. I never posted when Irelyn started walking and talking, so heres a recap starting all the way back to June!

Here she is in June about to take a step. She was 14 months.  She was my latest walker, but when she started she just took off and never crawled again.

She is the love of the family. All the girls love her enough to tease her, dress her, hold her, search for binkys for her and most importantly include her in their girl club. Irelyn LOVES her sisters!

She loves them so much she gives open mouth kisses!

Here’s the Boop at 16 months just going about her day. By now she has mastered 2 word phrases like “I do”. She would say this while raising her hand. The reason is this: Her big sisters play this game where they ask if you like something and if you do you raise your hand. Well apparently this little girl likes everything, but my guess is that she just likes it when her sisters laugh at her.

At 17 months she starts to love shoes and is really a chatter box. She can pretty much say anything you tell her too. She's in the parrot stage for sure now.

17 months was tough with all the illness, but let me tell you Ashelyn took good care of her. Irelyn and Ashelyn are the best of friends.

I told you she was into shoes. Her poor nose is pretty beat up from a fall off her baby slide. She landed on the pavement. Ouch!

And now that shes 18 months she paints!

Irelyn is still called several names but Boopy has stuck. Although Ashelyn calls her Chica, short for Chica Dee. She is a walking talking baby! My favorite thing she says is, “eww, gusting” (disgusting). So cute!  Another favorite is that she walks around saying “mommydaddy”. She is the sweetest little boopy baby!
