Has it really been this long?

I have been really missing blogging AND feeling guilty for giving up on documenting my families special moments. I'm committed to getting back into it!

Update:

Maddie is a sweet, boundary pushing big girl now, who loves to do flips and hang upside down on the monkey bars. Shes inventive and doesn't need "normal" craft supplies to create something magnificent.

Brookelyn loves to clean toilets with me and thrives when she feels needed. She has been a great help around the house this year with Maddie at school. I will miss her beautiful singing when she starts kindergarten in a couple of months. I wont miss her cd player blasting all day though!

Ashelyn is BIG now and loves attention. She demands it actually, and carefully chooses her words so that you recognize her. She has finally realized Irelyn is her BFF. Her new nickname is muscles.

Irelyn aka Boopy is a total clown and is pretty much our toughest girl. She finds ways to entertain us and is never short a dirty look. I cant get over how much she loves to be read too either.

Big Kids Update:

Jake is doing well, ok maybe not just well, but great! He has won TWO trips to Hawaii this year, which we already enjoyed. I cant get over the determination of this guy. He has proven to me over and over again that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. We did the Mud Run last Saturday with hopes of breaking our time from last year. Jake finished the 6.2 mile Mud obstacle course in 57 minutes!!! I love this man!

Last but not least, ME! I have had a fabulous year. I have gotten into great shape, enjoyed 2 weeks in Hawaii and have been successful in maintaining an organized, clean house! I also feel like things are running smoothly in the Larsen home because of me focusing on me more. I have committed to a "special" massage therapy and continue to take natural supplements to keep my mind and body happy. I would have to say it has worked and I am so grateful! Im being the mommy I have always wanted to be!
