Ashelyn turns ONE already! We celebrated with family and friends last saturday. I made her favorite meal-spagetti. She loves to suck up the noodles, but I think she likes to entertain us more as she does it. Everyone was laughing at her.
Nana bought her a tinkerbell cake that was yummy! Ashelyn couldnt wait to dig her fingers in it and didnt hesitate at all to smush her face in it.
Heres her cute face after eating a HUGE piece of cake! She is seriously a happy baby with a beautiful spirit. I just LOVE this sweet girl.
She loved opening presents-she got practice at Christmas. Her favorite present were some soft balls Grandma and Grandpa Larsen got her. She had fun showing off at her party with all her walking. She had a great day.
On her actual birthday she woke up at 5:30am, which is right around the time she was born, and fell asleep on my chest. It was so sweet-almost like she remembered all the work I did to bring her into the world so she was thanking me. Then we went into the living room to find balloons dad left her. She was excited and played with them alone without her sisters for 45 minutes. What a great 1st birthday!

Thanks for the congrats! And I think I owe you one too! We got your adorable Christmas card and loved the letter. I have to admit that my jaw kept dropping the more I read... natural home birth... another girl on the way... so much great news! SO EXCITING!! :)
That is so fun, i can't believe her and Makay are already a year, it went by so fast. She looks like a sweet bundle of joy. Congrats to Jake on the new job, and good job keeping on the baby schedule. Call me some time so we can chat, I'm sure you have so much free time, with your 3 kids, being prego, and packing a house to move. Best of luck with your new adventures.
