So last week Jake came home and said I have something for you and handed me a ipod shuffle. The little work-out one. I was a little stunned because we cant afford anything extra right now, but to my surprise he had earned it at work. There was a competition between all the newbies on who could produce the most and he was number three. I was pretty happy for him and me because Im finally able to step up in the world of technology and get my first ipod. Now I just need to learn how to use it(: Thanks Babe!
Although the economy is still pretty tough right now, Jake is finally starting to rebuild his career and begin to really show his abilities in his work. I have known since I married Jake that he had it in him to be very successful. We haven't seen much yet due to school, having babies, and moving a lot, but I know that as we are patient we will see the fruits of our labors.
I am so grateful for a hard working husband that always puts his girls first!

How exciting! Good job, Jake! We all know he's a hard worker! That was nice of him to give it to you, too. Lewis would have kept it for himself if he didn't already have one.
