Last Sunday

I am finally able to blog! I was having problems uploading pictures and thanks to Lindsay I am using Live Writer to blog now. So fun!

Last Sunday I slept in and woke up one hour before church. I was frantic because I knew I had to shower and get us ready. I was hoping that Jake had taken the reins and started the long process, but that was not the case. I came downstairs to find everyone in jammies and these…

Needless to say I was a stress case trying to get everyone ready, but after it was all over I had to laugh at how carefree Jake was about the whole situation. Like it was no big deal that we had 4 girls to get ready, which included dressing, changing diapers, hair, shoes, church bag packed, me getting ready, ironing and everything else that goes into preparing for church. When I asked why nothing was done he said, “I was spending quality time with the girls”. When I ask the girls if they helped build their toys they said, “no daddy did”.  That’s the last time I sleep in on a Sunday, but boy did it feel GOOD!

                 

Later that day the girls painted them and had a great time!
