Brookelyn went on Space Mountain!

We went to D-land for family home evening and Brookelyn was just tall enough for Space Mountain. She put her hood on to gain an extra inch. We were so excited to get her on. Because we had the babies, just Brookelyn and I went on it. It was so fun to go it with her for the first time!

Let me just tell you Brookelyn was fearless! At just 31/2 years old she bravely waited in line for 10 minutes without saying too much. She did ask me if it went fast. I answered, “yes it goes very fast, you can scream like mommy if you want”. She replied “I don't need to scream because I'm not scared”. She wasn't lying. I was more scared then her! I was reassuring her mommy wouldn't let anything happen to her and she just looked at me like I was a big chicken (which I am). We boarded and I just stared at her as we went up the hill. She was fine. After the ride was over she said her  favorite part was when it went round and round and round. I think she was talking about the end part, the FASTEST part! This little girl is nothing like her mother when it comes to rides. I would have NEVER gone on Space Mountain when I was that little!

Just a side note-Jake went on with Maddie for the first time, so I was happy I could go with Brookee for the first time. Oh and Maddie is more like her mommy and freaked out a little more then Brookee. Maddie would tell us over and over again. “I dont want to go on the Wallie ride.” She now says, “Space Mountain is her favorite ride.”

We are such Disneyland junkies! We now use FHE and exercise as reasons to go to Disneyland. We didn't take the tram and walked to the Mickey parking structure with the two double strollers, and of course Jake got us lost and we ended up getting more exercise then we bargained for!
